Arbor Montauk

What a year 2016 was! I had the pleasure of dining at the best restaurants in the Hamptons and North Fork as well as some notable restaurants in Manhattan, Connecticut and Washington D.C. It proved to be very tough to narrow it down to ten favorite dishes, but after careful consideration, I am thrilled to present the ten best things I ate this past year. I could only imagine what delectable plates 2017 will bring!

Channing Daughters Winery

This year was filled with many great sips throughout both forks. I visited several new vineyards this year and had the opportunity to try many new, luscious beverages. Many of these bottled beauties are now enjoyed by me and my family on a regular basis. From a refreshing, floral lemonade to a sparkling ‘royal’ champagne, below I feature my top ten favorite things I drank in 2016.

Rowdy Hall

The Hamptons International Film Festival is one of the most anticipated event of the year, and I cannot think of a better happening to pair with great food and conversation. While working about an appetite during each film screening, head over to any and all of the for restaurants I have curated that will be serving up some serious grub from a perfectly plated ahi tuna salad to a swoon-worthy charcuterie and cheese board.

Red Bar Braisserie

Red Bar Brasserie is one of the most distinguished restaurants in Southampton. For those restaurant-goers that seek out a memorable dining experience with exceptional staff, well-executed service with plated presentations that each deserve a medal, this is your place to dine. Simply put, if you had only one night out during your stay in the Hamptons, this is your place to eat. The location is ideally within walking distance to the boutiques and galleries on Southampton’s Main Street and Jobs Lane.

Tickle Water

Tickle Water is a gentle, fun sparkling water for kids and adults of all ages! I was instantly intrigued with the beverage when I discovered the company at a Kid Fest event at Guild Hall in East Hampton. At the event, I noticed how parents and children were very drawn to the adorable packaging and pint size 8 oz BPA free PET plastic cans specifically designed to fit children’s mini hands. Tickle Water comes in four flavors: Sparkling Water, Green Apple, Watermelon, and Cola.
