Brooklyn Chop House will, for the second year in a row, open their doors in Southampton at The Capri Hotel. Opening Thursday, May 23rd, the Hamptons seasonal summertime location, will complement Brooklyn Chop House’s flagship in FiDi by offering guests a vacation destination to dine in that serves Pat LaFrieda steaks alongside Asian fare like Peking Duck and a variety of unique dumplings. The restaurant in Southampton will be open through Labor Day, Monday, September 2nd.
Brooklyn Chop House hosted a successful pop up at the same location last year in August. Robert “Don Pooh” Cummins, Dave Thomas and Stratis Morfogen are the ownership team behind Brooklyn Chop House.
Brooklyn Chop House’s Summer Breeze cocktail menu will include fresh squeezed juices and local farm stand fresh vegetables. Drinks include The East End Cooler made with fresh watermelon, pineapple, apple, St Germain, Grey Goose Vodka and fresh local basil, and The Local Spritz will have fresh beet juice, Mumm Napa Sparkling Wine and fresh locally-sourced ginger.
The restaurant will also offer wines by the glass and bottle in addition to a selection of craft beers.
Breakfast and brunch service will include Juice for Life juices from The Breakfast Club’s Angela Yee.
Brooklyn Chop House will offer breakfast, lunch and dinner at their new Southampton location. Poolside lunch options include Chicken, Beef, Shrimp and Lobster Satay, Chicken Lettuce Wraps and an 8oz Pat LaFrieda Double Hamburger. Entrées will include 30- 35 Day Dry Aged Prime Steaks such as an 18oz NY Strip, 24oz Bone In Rib Eye, Grilled 18oz Filet Mignon, 32oz Bone In Tomahawk and 48oz Porterhouse for 2, a 7lb Long Island Peking Duck, Wakefield Alaskan King Crab Legs for two with garlic, scallions and ginger and a 4lb Salt & Pepper or Garlic & Ginger Lobster for two. Dumplings in standout varieties like French Soup, Gyro, Pastrami and Bacon Cheeseburger Shumai will also be available Wednesday-Sunday.
The restaurant will have three event spaces perfect for groups from 50-300.
Brooklyn Chop House will be open for breakfast, lunch, poolside lunch and brunch, and dinner. Breakfast will be served 9-11:30am; Poolside Lunch will be 11:30am-5pm
Dinner will be served Wednesday-Thursday (May & June) 5pm-Midnight. Dinner service will begin on Tuesdays in July and August at 5pm. Friday-Sunday, dinner will begin at 5pm and go until 1am on Friday, 2am Saturday, and Sunday until midnight.
Poolside Brunch will be Saturday & Sunday from 9am to 5pm.
