The storefront opened in mid June of 2015 and is owned and operated by husband-and-wife team, Robert and Yasmin Nasta. Inside, the walls are adorned with cheerful prints and paintings by local artist, Christopher Reisman.
“When my wife and I first started dating, she made me my first crêpe,” says Robert Nasta. “It was so amazing!” With their entrepreneurial mindsets and skills in the kitchen, they began researching the ins and outs of opening their own crêperie. “We learned we could not get a good, authentic crepe in Suffolk County. We traveled around the area for a year before we came to this location.”
