The g Hotel & Spa, Galway

Escape to one of The g Hotel’s stylish lounges for festive afternoon tea. There is currently a special on their Afternoon Tea. For a limited time, the price is just €29:95 per person. If it is booked Monday-Thursday, a free glass of bubbles is included. It is a super cute winter and Christmas themed display that is fun for the whole family. The g Hotel also serves a Little Miss and Little Mr. Afternoon Tea for children, as well as other afternoon tea menu offerings. Served daily from 12-6pm.

To celebrate Queen Victoria’s 200th birthday, Luttrellstown Castle has created their very first Queen Victoria inspired Christmas Afternoon Tea. The Castle will throw open its’ doors each Sunday in December to celebrate Queen Victoria. The menu includes sweet treats prepared by Head Chef Nathan Greensmith. There are three seatings on Sundays with the last seating on December 23rd. Starting at €50 per person. Champagne Afternoon Tea is €65 per person.

Guests will enjoy a fragrant pot of tea, a succession of sweets and delicate sandwiches, fine china, and fresh flowers. The Shelbourne offers four sittings during the festive season, and each sitting lasts for two hours.

Dromoland Castle, County Clare

Their fabulously festive afternoon tea is served in their elegantly appointed Earl of Thomond dining room. Sip from black leaf teas like Christmas Punch or Dromoland Festive Spice. Then, tuck into a feast of delights including Ham Hock Roulade, Burren Smoked Salmon sandwiches and warm scones with spiced apple butter. Alongside a selection of delectable pastries, you’ll find festive Battenberg, their Chester ‘Mince Pie’ Cake and Dromoland Castle’s Classic Christmas Cake. Served between 1-4pm daily.
