At Nobu Hotel at Eden Roc in Miami Beach is Malibu Farm, the South Florida outpost of Helene Henderson’s California restaurant that boasts farm-to-table dining served in the epitome of coastal luxury. Guests will discover satisfying, fresh dishes made with organic and locally sourced ingredients.
Serving dinner seven days a week, as well as offering lunch and Sunday brunch service, Malibu Farm’s beach casual vibe is the perfect escape for a California-inspired meal with your significant other, friends, or with the family.
To start, our group had the Winter Burrata: red sorrel, burrata, roasted candy beets, green bean pomegranate toasted pine nuts, maple balsamic ($24); and Fish Tacos: corn tortilla, fish tempura, avocado cream sauce, pepper jack cheese, red salsa ($18).
Our main courses included Vegan Coconut and Tofu: tofu, seasonal vegetables, wild rice, coconut sauce ($28) with avocado (+$6); Chicken Ricotta Burger: brioche bun, tomato, red onion, arugula, spicy aioli ($20); and Pan Seared Chiliean Seabass: spinach, tomato, black & white rice, tahini miso dressing ($38).
Each plate had layers and layers of fresh flavor, and the dishes were pleasantly satisfying as far as portion size. We paired the dishes with recommended wines by our waiter, which included a rosé and a pinot grigio.
Their signature cocktails are so fun and reflect the laidback and energetic Miami Beach vibe. Handcrafted and featuring infused organic agaves, fresh squeezed juices, and local produce, their menu includes over a dozen choices. These include Coconut: toasted coconut infused rum, coconut agave, pineapple juice; and Watermelon: cucumber infused vodka, watermelon, lime, basil ($16, each).
Organic soda is also served: Mexican Cola, Key Lime Mandarin, Strawberry Rhubarb, and Root Beer ($6, each).
Their dessert selection has a variety of organic and vegan options such as a decadent Grilled Chocolate Cake: sea salt, salted caramel, whipped cream; Ice Cream Sandwich: salted caramel cookie, vanilla ice cream; and Raw Vegan Chia Pudding: maple, banana ($12, each).

Dinner is served Monday-Thursday 6-9pm, and until 10pm Friday-Sunday. The bar is open one hour past dinner service. Sunday brunch is served from 12-5pm, and lunch is 11:30am-6pm.
