I am so blessed with so many Moments of Yes in my life. From that moment of yes when I met my husband and fell in love, when we decided to move to the Hamptons full-time and start a family, and when I made the tough decision to leave my career as an educator to take care of myself during my first pregnancy when I was struggling with hyperemesis gravidarum (severe morning sickness). My Moment of Yes encompasses my two children’s successes and accomplishments in life thus far.
Watching my daughter embrace every moment of her first year at school, from making new friends to learning new skills and becoming acquainted with a formal school day, brings me such joy in knowing that she is growing up to become a bright and resourceful young lady. My daughter loves to tell me all about the new things she learned at school and applies much of what she has learned at home. Part of her school day involves cooking and now we love making breakfast together each morning from scrambled eggs and oatmeal to corn muffins and healthy smoothies.
My son was just born in September of this year. My Moment of Yes with my son came in two parts: accepting that once again that due to my severe morning sickness I would have to stay at home and take a leave of absence from my job which also included my own East End Taste for almost three months, and the moment he was born and how I knew instantly that every moment of nausea, achiness with walking, and every other difficulty was more than worth it. Watching him smile for the first time and now trying to roll over is all a part of every dearest yes moment in my life with so many more to come.
For the 2018 New Year, I am making it a priority to set the best example for my two children which for me includes getting back to my pre-pregnancy weight in a healthy time-frame and maintaining a balanced lifestyle with plenty of outdoor activity mixed with new experiences within our township.

I easily found these delicious soups and selected three different flavors:
- Hearty Tomato with Toasted Barley Soup
- Butternut Squash Apple Bisque
- Cajun Red Bean and Vegetable Soup
These soups are such a hit at our home. My husband loves coming home to a bowl of Hearty Tomato and my daughter loves the Butternut Squash Apple, two of her favorite foods in one. My favorite is the Cajun Red Bean and Vegetable, though it was a tough decision! These soups remind me of my childhood when visiting my grandparents in North Haven manor, minutes away from where I live now. My grandpa loved hearty, delicious soups, and I know he would have really appreciated these.
All Well Yes!® soups contain non-bpa lining and are made with non-gmo ingredients, two very important factors in our home.
