4. Connect Again

The goal is to reconnect. Show each other appreciation during this time and talk about what you love about each other as well. There is no need to point fingers at each other instead show each other respect and love.

5. Schedule Sex

This might sound funny but schedule two to three passionate sex dates every week. This will force both of you to take the time to connect in the bedroom. The nights that you do not have anything scheduled, be intimate with each other because intimacy leads to great sex.

By intimacy we mean cuddle often, and kiss a lot.
