The Garden at Water Mill is now open with expansive outdoor seating and an all-day menu designed for sharing. Located on Montauk Highway steps away from the Hampton Jitney stop, The Garden is built to accommodate groups of all sizes and is perfect for those looking to enjoy everything from cocktails and lawn games to an intimate dinner or a lobster bake for up to twelve.
The menu features American summer fare. To start, a selection of shareable snacks and summer crudos, like Salmon with pear, truffle oil and sea salt, Day Boat Scallops with pickled wasabi stems and Octopus with yuzu kosho and crispy chickpea. Groups can enjoy BBQ platters by Stuey’s of Locust Valley like smoked pulled pork and brisket, or opt for the family-style lobster bake for larger groups of up to twelve. For dessert, a selection of pastries, including a daily fruit cobbler, pop tarts, cinnamon buns, and assorted seasonal cookies are available. Playful, large-format cocktails and an extensive wine list are available for sipping throughout the day and into the evening.
The Lobster Bake family style dinner is served under the sail cloth tent. The bake includes a massive pot filled with lobster, clams, mussels, shrimp, corn, potatoes and delicious homemade bread to sop up the broth. A gluten-free option is also available.

The Garden will also host a pop-up series this summer with acclaimed chefs from around the world, starting in July with Uchi, the James Beard award-winning Japanese restaurant in Austin, TX. Additionally, chef Matsuharu ‘Micha’ Tsumura of Maido (currently ranked #7 by 50 Best) and his team will be doing a 15-day pop up starting August 1st. Click here to reserve your pop-up tickets.
The Garden is currently open Thursday-Sunday from 5pm-midnight until June 9th, and then will be open everyday starting June 10th. Their all day menu commences in mid-July. The Garden in Water Mill is available for private events.
